All birds must be penned by 8:45am on Saturday 26th April. Judging will commence at 9:00am on Saturday 26th April.
Conditions of Entry:
- All care will be taken but no responsibility will be accepted for any damage, loss, injury or mishandling of birds
- No birds to be removed or handled from the pen without permission from the Steward
- The committee reserves the right to refuse any bird reasonably believed to be vermin or disease infected
- The term "cock" or "hen" shall apply to birds over 12 months and "pullet" or "cockerel" to all birds under 12 months on day of show
- All birds must have been owned by the exhibitor for at least 3 months prior to the show
- No birds are to wear any leg bands
- There will be a limit of 2 birds per class
- JUNIORS must pen their own birds and be aged 2yrs-14yrs and under
- The judge's decision is final
